you can't do this on Yahoo! but on Outlook you go to "Tools" Menu click on "Options" Click "Email Options" Click "Tracking Options" Select "Read Receipt" as you have said.

It might be a problem with the Yahoo Beta Mail because of it being so graphic/java intensive. Try switching back to the old Yahoo interface (which is all HTML). That should help.





If you are using the old interface already, then I can't help.

Why is it that when i sign in to the new yahoomail that it even wont let me go into?

it is probably because ur misspelling something or your typing the wrong words in.

I suppose, for that, you should change the firewall setting of your computer(if you are using winXP OS). The other very much trusted way is to go for Mozila Firefox browser. You can get it free of cost. It automatically blocks popups.
